TLE element (also known as leg) fender systems, the molded buckling column legs with embedded mounting plates can be used with single leg on pile supported structure or ideally used in pair or multiple of pairs in a standalone fender system combine with UHMW-PE or a steel panel, safeguarding from belting, bow flares, low hull pressure and high tides.
TEKMARINE element marine fenders can be mounted both vertically and/or horizontally, ideal for the restricted spaces. Its used for small jetty to large berthing structures and can be used in many more configurations than traditional V (Arch) -fenders, or even within specialist engineered fender systems. When TLE element fender is used with UHMW-PE shield (V fender), it can be a cost effective high performance solution compared to a traditional Arch Fender.
TLE Elements come in a full range of compounds, standard heights from 300mm to 1600mm (1’ to 5’ 3″), and lengths from 900mm to 2000mm (2’ 11″ to 6’ 8″). Other sizes are available on request.
